Ashley Austin, Identity Management Consultant

Ashley Austin is an implementation and delivery professional with experience in identity management, airport security and credentialing. She has served as the product and implementation specialist for TADERA’s ASC solution at Ontario International Airport, Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport, and 17 airports across Alaska.

Prior to joining TADERA, Ashley held multiple roles at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, including a Trusted Agent and Airport Security Coordinator. In her role, she led the successful implementation of the Identity Management system for DFW Airport’s Department of Public Safety staff of 45 Trusted Agents. This implementation eliminated paper applications, enhanced security, and reduced end-to-end transaction times from 14 days to 3 days. In 2019, she was recognized and nominated as DFW’s DPS Civilian Supervisor of the Year.
