Bryan Helaire, Vice President of Customer Experience

Bryan is a proven leader who demonstrates an unwavering commitment to transforming businesses by adding efficiencies and improving experiences via innovation and technologies. His primary focus is to oversee User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design for TADERA’s airport products. Having supported airports of all sizes, Bryan is tasked with ensuring the customer’s perspective is visualized in our products and services so that we ultimately elevate the experience of our users. Key accomplishments include:

• Leading user experience and interface for TADERA’s Airport Platform is a comprehensive set of intelligence applications to manage virtually all aspects of an airport. TADERA Airport Platform is flexible and can be adapted to integrate with other systems currently in use at an airport.
• Serving as customer experience leader for FAA Mobile Inspector tool, the next generation mobile app that extends the capabilities of the FAA Certification and Compliance Management, allowing real-time recordation and communication of inspection activities from FAA inspectors in the field either online or offline.

Prior to his time at TADERA, Bryan held leadership positions with the Jackson Municipal Airport Authority (Director, Information Technology) and the Houston Airport System (Assistant Director, Information Technology).
