Elyse Toplin, Senior Marketing and Business Development Coordinator
Elyse is the Senior Marketing and Business Development Coordinator at TADERA. In her role, she leads proposal development, business development operations, and marketing efforts, and helps connect the dots between sales and marketing, customer success, product, and professional services teams. Prior to joining TADERA, she spent three years working in proposal development and sales strategy in the private sector, securing millions of dollars in new business through the development of proposals and sales collateral, and the management of formal RFP processes. She has experience in every aspect of the business development process, from marketing and communications, prospecting and sales strategy, proposal development, sales operations, and customer relationship management. Elyse spent more than a decade working for local and enterprise nonprofit organizations around the country, focusing on proposal development, donor relations, and partnership management.
Elyse's community involvement includes serving as the Inventory Chair of the Junior League of New Orleans Diaper Bank, co-chair of the Anti-Defamation League's Glass Leadership Institute, and as an advisory board member for Emerging Philanthropists of New Orleans and Kappa Alpha Theta sorority. Elyse is a graduate of Tulane University, where she studied political science and international development.
