Neil O'Reilly, Director of Finance

Neil joined TADERA as the Director of Finance in August 2024. As Director of Finance, he oversees all accounting and finance related matters while acting as a business partner to support each facet of the company. Prior to joining TADERA, he worked with various business units in Modaxo's transportation portfolio, most recently serving as the Director of Finance for TransTrack. Neil has a decade of experience working with technology companies on various finance functions, including accounting, financial statement audit, and financial planning and analysis. Neil is also experienced in budgeting and forecasting, financial and non financial variance and KPI analysis, and support in M&A transactions. He is a graduate of Queens University in Kingston, Ontario, and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (certified in Canada).
